| Payment |
| We ask that payment is made at the time services are rendered. Payment can be made by cash, check, VISA or MASTERCARD. Payment will be expected at the completion of the first visit for the initial examination and any X-rays taken at that time. For your convenience alternative payment arrangements are available for any future treatment. This can be discussed with our financial coordinator, Maureen. |
| Dental Insurance |
| As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance forms after each treatment rendered. You are responsible for the cost of your dental treatment and unfortunately most dental insurance plans are designed to pay only a portion of the total fee. The benefit from your insurance company will be sent directly to you. Our office will gladly work with you to maximize your specific insurance benefits. |
